This is a special beef jerky made with Filet Mignon.  It is soft and tender and comes shredded already.  It is a little sweet.  What makes this jerky special is the aftertaste.  This beef jerky have a spicy kick and flavorful aftertaste.  Sesame and Cashew is added to enhance and balance the favor.
